The International Society of Food Engineering (ISFE) is a free, global, and learned society based on individual members interested in the food engineering profession.
Our goal is to strengthen communication and networking opportunities and to open new lines of cooperation on several fronts, such as in research, curriculum, and international standardization.
ISFE is an IUFoST subject interest group representing food engineering.
Membership of the society is open to anyone interested in the subject of Food Engineering, and there is no membership fee charged.
Objectives of ISFE
Facilitate communication and Networking among professionals in academia, industry, and government interested in food engineering worldwide.
Support cooperative endeavors with other professional societies, particularly those concerned with food chain.
Assist in the development of food engineering curriculum around the world.
